the location was convenient with frequent access to public transit routes. i appreciated the little, fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. lots of space to lay out clothes was useful. the entrance to the room felt very private a great concept.

the pre checkin communication created an issue as i was not informed about downloading a separate app. this app was required for room entry, parking, and shop access which was impractical. the reception staff was not clear regarding parking requirements which led to a fine.

The apartment was very clean. It had all the facilities of a normal home so I could have easily stayed longer. I liked the new modern style.

The bedroom setup with the lofts was a bit uncomfortable. The small stairs made them difficult to access. I feel more information on rules would be useful, either available in the room or given at check-in.

I found the room cozy and quite clean. i really liked the view from my room overlooking the water. It was definitely worth it. public transport was accessible, so getting to the city center was easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the beds were comfortable too, i slept soundly.

the app i needed to unlock the studio door didn't always work smoothly. i had trouble with it a few times. this was inconvenient because i relied on it for access. i think the system could be more reliable.

incorrect infodisorganized feeling

The check-in process felt disorganized. I also was not aware that I had to run the dishwasher and take out the bins before leaving. I found out about it after I checked out. I managed to sort it out, but it did add to the disorganized feeling. It caused unnecessary stress at the end of my stay.
